Essentials Package

The Essentials Package is perfect for any Mama (plus a partner) who wants about two weeks of delicious, nutrient-dense postpartum meals but doesn't want to cook from scratch or clean.  You'll get 9 breakfast servings and 12 lunch/dinner servings plus a dozen of our famous Double Chocolate Lactation Brownies!

*Each container is 1.75lbs of food.  For some this is two servings, for others it's three.  It depends on your appetite.  You can stretch these meals further by adding extra water or broth when reheating or more protein.*
