Returns

We offer a selection of items for sale on the Gentle Nursery website. If you need to return a product that you purchased through Gentle Nursery, please note the following return policy.

We work with many small brands to carry a variety of products on the Gentle Nursery site, and only a select few items are returnable through the vendor themselves. 

In order to issue a refund:

  • a return authorization must be provided by the brand that shipped the item;
  • all returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition;
  • and return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise noted.

Any exceptions to these terms may be made directly by the manufacturer, in which case we will work with you to facilitate the return process. Please contact us to begin your return. Many of the manufacturers we have partnered with have limited or no-return policies. An approximate 2.9% credit card processing fee will be charged on all returns. 

AUSTIN AIR

To return or exchange your unit, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your unit. Do not throw your original packaging away. If you would like to return your order, you will be responsible for shipping the unit to Austin Air offices in New York (roughly $55) and a $25 restocking fee. 

If your unit has arrived damaged, please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange. If you will be receiving a replacement unit, please make note of the serial number (on the bottom of the unit) and repackage the unit in its original box. Once you receive a return authorization number, please write that number and your serial number on the box. We will arrange to have FedEx pick up your package as long as it meets the criteria for returns. 

You may not return or exchange your unit without a return authorization number provided to you by our Customer Support team. Items sent without an authorization are not eligible for refund. Our support desk is available Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm Pacific Time.

ROMINA FURNITURE

Refunds and/or Exchanges are subject to Romina Furniture's applicable refund and exchange policy, as listed in the Limited Warranty, and pertain exclusively to situations where a warrantied product presents a defect or damage that cannot be serviced. The refund and exchange policy for Transactions made through our online property shall comply with these general terms pertaining to order revision, quality assurance and/or refund and exchange. Minor revision requests are subject to approval by Romina Furniture and only valid when and if confirmed via email or in writing. At its sole discretion, Romina Furniture may allow and approve a minor order revisions if requested within 24 hours from the order confirmation date. Order cancellations are not accepted at any time after the purchasing transaction is complete and manufacturing process is started.

All sales of these products are final. Returns are not accepted.
