We carry select items for sale on The Gentle Nursery website. If you need to return a product that you purchased through The Gentle Nursery, please note the following return policy.

In order to issue a refund:

Any exceptions to these terms may be made directly by the manufacturer, in which case we will work with you to facilitate the return process. Please contact us at hello@gentlenursery.com to begin your return.

AUSTIN AIR

To exchange your unit, please contact us within 15 days of placing your order. If you would like to return your order without exchanging it, you will be responsible for return shipping the unit to Austin Air offices in New York.

If your unit has arrived damaged, please contact us to receive a return authorization number as well as instructions for return shipping your item. If you will be receiving a replacement unit, please repackage the unit in its original box and write the return authorization number on the box. We will arrange to have FedEx pick up your package as long as it meets the criteria for returns. 

All Austin Air refunds must be initiated within 15 days of purchasing your unit. 

ROMINA FURNITURE

Refunds and/or Exchanges are subject to Romina Furniture applicable refund and exchange policy listed in the Limited Warranty and pertains exclusively to situations where a warrantied product presents a defect or damage which cannot be serviced. The refund and exchange policy for Transactions made through our online property shall comply with these general terms pertaining to order revision, quality assurance and/or refund and exchange. Minor revision requests are subject to approval by Romina Furniture and only valid when and if confirmed via email or in writing. At its sole discretion, Romina Furniture may allow and approve a minor order revisions if requested within 24 hours from the order confirmation date. Order cancellations are not accepted at any time after the purchasing transaction is complete and manufacturing process is started.
